At Bwell 11, we want you to enjoy our products and have a memorable shopping experience each time.

General Guidelines

All returned item(s) must be received in their original condition:

  • Must have all original hanging tags
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No smell of perfume/deodorant/cigarettes
  • No makeup stains and marks
  • Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
  • All “Sale” priced items are for final sale only and we cannot accept returns on those—our regrets.

It may take up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you received the product as a gift. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. Please note that your credit card provider or financial institution may take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction in your account statement.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for refund and must be returned in good condition to ensure credit. We recommend that you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
